Abstract

It is set complex researches, that by reason of premature death immersion heater in the vehicle of production of ammonia on the enterprise of "Dneprazot" there is a corrosive damage of outward surface of hard-wrought pipes from steel 03Х18Н11, conditioned by their unsatisfactory quality: structural heterogeneity was become, superficial by a satiation a carbon of pipes, by disparity of their chemical composition and firmness to МКК to the requirements to the standards 5632 and 9941.
