Abstract

Modernization and automation consoles goniometric X-ray diffractometer, which can perform X-ray texture analysis of metals at the present level. A specific example of the sample steel 08kp shows the use of a modernized and automated goniometer consoles for the study of crystallographic texture with high accuracy.
