Construction industry − a proven means of social and economic development

Raising of problem. To reveal the experience of advanced countries in the world in raising social and economic development through the use of priority sectors, including construction, and the use of it in Ukraine. The presentation material research. The factors that form the priority areas of the economy, robust states, allowing to receive the main share in the structure of domestic gross national product. The ways to achieve development outcomes of emerging from the effects of the Second World War and the devastation of post-war crises. A number of trends and activities in accordance with the Concept of the development strategy of building complex of Ukraine for the period until 2020. The analysis of housing construction in Ukraine during the years of its independence. The basic factors influencing the current trends of effective housing development in accordance with the principles resursosnabzheniya and energy efficiency in the implementation of the comprehensive reconstruction of residential buildings. The development of energy systems - the most important component of the economy, including construction and life support housing and communal services, as well as industrial enterprises. We consider the use of different types of energy in Europe. Conclusion. Needed strong-willed, legal and rational actions of the government, contributing to the efficiency of development directions in conjunction with the construction industry.
